I still cant access my website and mails

Even though the Free Hosting Network Maintenance slated for 17 July 10 PM CDT has been completed as stated in the thread created for the announcement, I still can't access my website and mails.
Please whats happening?!!!

Your website is active and I can view it on my pc.Galsix telecoms services website is loading quickly as well.
I think the problem is with the browser cache...if you are using mozilla firefox.

But my website has refused to open on my 2 browsers: Internet Explorer and Opera whereas every other websites open with ease on them.
Am confused.I dont mind if I can get any help on browser settings to enable my website come up.
