Internal Server Error 500

The website worked fine for a day or so, but then suddenly an error (Internal Server Error 500) appeared which still deprives me from accessing the site. Cpanel works fine, and I guess ftp, too. I would be very glad if you could just fix this problem for me. I am very glad you offer this service for free, you guys rock;)
