I setup my biotoxic.tk domain with the name servers ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and used the modify domain tool in the control panel, but I cannot reach my website

My DNS search shows that the nameservers are not set to x10hosting, but are still set to .tk nameservers.

You have to go back to dot.tk and fix the problem there.

You are correct, it was not a problem with x10, dot.tk had not finished updating my domain.
