change of domain name

Hi, my old subdomain kennett was suspended. I created a new one, pkhbc, then tried to change its name to kennett. Seems to have got stuck. Can you confirm if this request will go through? I don't mind one way or the other.

if the old subdomain is still suspended, you won't be able to use it with your new account. It would however help if you gave the full domain so we're not left to guessing what the rest is.
