Slow Speeds

I have been getting very sluggish speeds, possibly because of the high server load?

It's at an average of 13 and I think it is effecting the speeds, HTML pages load perfectly, however PHP scripts are loading at a crawling rate.

http://glitchloop.co.cc/forums/ is my website and I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in fixing this. I have had Wordpress, and tried Joomla before, and I get the same slow results

Hello,

Due to the nature of free hosting, there is very little we can do about this. That page does however load within less than 2 seconds for me.
I suggest an upgrade to premium where there are significantly fewer accounts per server, resulting in a higher distribution of resources per account.

Is it possible to be moved to a different Free Hosting server?

No, we do not move accounts around the free hosting servers. Even so, you would probably see no difference. As I said, your site loads quickly for me. Could it be your connection? Mine isn't that great, but still seems to load the page in a reasonable amount of time.
