ERROR Account Management Panel time zone setting

my AMP account timezone is set to [ (GMT -07:00) Arizona ] yet all times and dates are [ GMT -0:00 ]

As I write this at July 18 at 10:18 am it shows ==> last account login july 18 at 4:35 pm <==
How do I set my account to show ALL dates and time as ref to my time zone
OR show as ref server time ????

You are talking about the forum time zone settings...

Click on Settings on top right corner

Select General Settings on Left side menu

Scroll down and ther you can see the time zone settings
