Hosting Account Not Linked

Earlier today I created a free account with x10Hosting. At this point, the Email used has been verified, and there are no steps showing on the control page for the client account. The only account which shows to be linked is this Forum account, there is no Hosting account present. If anyone could help identify what the problem might be, I would greatly appreciate it.

After attempting once again to create a free hosting account using the same Client account, the issue appears to be resolved. I'd like to think that heavy load was the cause of the failed first attempt.
