Hello,
I have not been able to access my website and webmails since Sunday.I was advised to clear my browser cache and flush my computer DNS.
Please I need someone to put me through on how to do these things.I have been doing trial and error since yesterday and its has not been working.
Somebody help!!!

Think I found the problem; your current IP address is located in Nigeria, whose access to the free servers was completely blocked as the overwealming majority of traffic from Nigeria was abusive (not you in particular, but as a whole the country of Nigeria was causing lots of problems).
There's no way to remove your IP specifically from the country block, so the only current way to access the site and its contents would be via proxy.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!

Your IP seem to be in a range of blocked IPs.
That range was blocked for a reason, and is not likely to be removed any time soon.

I had suspected all the while that this could be the problem - my Nigerian IP.
Alright, how do I access the site and its contents via proxy if thats the only way???
