About LinkBacksI cant access cpanel and cant access ftp, i have changed the password so i be sure that i knew the password but it didn't work i have no access.
I need the ftp access so i can clean files because of the space.

Are you able to view your website okay? Is it just cPanel and FTP that aren't working?
What FTP client are you using?

No my site is down, is suspend because of space. I use filezilla, i want to enter to clean it up.

Hello,
Your account is suspended for High Resource Usage, which isn't necessarily disk space usage. Please see: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/HRU
You need to unsuspend yourself from the account panel first, then try logging in. All access is revoked to cPanel/FTP etc. when an account is in a suspended state.
