Servers down?

Hi, I would like to know if servers are working properly, I am trying to access to my site but neither the website o the cpanel is working.

Thanks for replying, the error i'm getting is Internet Explorer can not display this website (litteral translation) First I thought it was a misconfiguration in the site but when I tried to manage it from cpanel it didn't enter either.

I've just entered to my site from a proxy and it works properly, I suppose it's a problem with my DNS, thanks for the help
