Iv'e been suspended for not logging in to the forums, i now have, just wondering how i can get un-suspended?

You were suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you must log into the x10Hosting forums once every 31 days to keep your account active. Posting is never required. As a side note, wildcard subdomains are not supported on Free Hosting, so your *.topicbb.net subdomain won't work.
