Why my hosting is suspended?

I've just signup for a free hosting a/c and within an hour this is suspended! Please check and reply asap.

Your suspension falls under this category, which means that your account will remain suspended and you cannot regain any form of access to your account, its databases, and its files per sections 6 and 8 of our Terms of Service.
