account suspended for inactivity, help please!

I found that my hosting account has been suspended for inactivity, however, I subscribed to the prime membership, the account was still suspended. Another thing is that my cPanel can not work with my username displayed in the client account panel.

Hello,

Purchasing prime while suspended does not automatically unsuspend you, you still need to hit the button in the account panel to unsuspend yourself. I unsuspended you this time, however.

As for the cpanel login, that is to be expected -- you cannot log into cpanel while your account is suspended.

I can't unsuspend the account myself via the account panel, where is that "button" to do so; it is in the "Hosting Account Suspension History"

I already unsuspended you, which is why you aren't seeing it

See here for instructions on how to do it in the future. Note that since you are a prime member now, you do not have to worry about inactivity suspensions until your membership expires. High Resource Usage, however, can still come into effect (although your allowed resources are increased because you're prime, so this is also unlikely)
