cant delete a file

in my folder is a mp3 fille with special characters ./ and i dont know how to delete it?

Strange that such file should exist.But anyways,Can you try renaming it and then deleting?

Sometimes using the "Legacy File Manager" works in cases where the regular File Manager does not.

i tried different ftp modes ,no renaming - no overwrite -no moving everitime get 553

ssh i havent tried ,because i think del is the same function ,
but i havent found a solution by google until now,

i search for something like del -a or somthing with a letter to attach to the del command

As Descalzo suggested before, have you tried using the cPanel file manager(s)?
SSH access is not supported on free hosting. FTP and cPanel are the only methods of accessing files that we provide.
