sorry that i have violated the TOS of x10hosting. My account is now suspended. How can i unsuspend it???

Your suspension falls under this category, which means that your account will remain suspended and you cannot regain any form of access to your account, its databases, and its files per sections 6 and 8 of our Terms of Service.
