suspended twice for inactivity

yesturday my account was unsuspended for inactivity, however today it is again suspended for the same reason? i thought prime package should solve this problem; also I can't find the unsuspension button in "suspension history and options" page.

You are correct in that prime should not be suspending your for inactivity, I am going to forward this onto the admins to take a look at.

EDIT: Got a response, it seems that your inactivity suspension was already in the queue waiting to be processed when you purchased prime, which is why you got suspended. This should not happen in the future now that you are prime.
