Hello,

There currently is not a hosting account linked to your forum account. If you can remember, what was your Website URL? That way I can tell you what account you need to log into in order to request support.

euh... the ftp serveur was ftp.versatillemag.elementfx.com
So I guess the domain was versatilemag ?

Hello,

We have no record of that site in our system, which means that it was likely deleted due to having been suspended for over 14 days. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the files and databases of a site once it is deleted, however, you are free to sign up for a new account with the same domain name should you so choose.

yes, but when try, I have this message :

Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date.

so... how to proceed ?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to proceed. Your country has been blocked from signing up, just as he message says. This block will not be removed any time in the foreseeable future.
