Please can you remove the Suspension from my website thanks

We cannot, as the TOS clearly states file hosting is not allowed, and your account was found to be in violation of that rule and permanently suspended for it.

i wasn't using it for file sharing. i was using it to store my music and have them stored on the internet where if i need them i can re download them if i need to.

hope i have cleared things and i can have my account back.

Hello,

Just a snippet from the Terms of Service:

* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

That essentially confirms the suspension. It remains permanent.

Ok thanks, if i delete all the files that are on there could i have my account back or is it completely permanent

Completely permanent. The account will be deleted by the system automatically sometime after 14 days of suspension.

No. No access to the account is given. (You should always keep backups. Stuff happens.)

When it is finally deleted (14+ days), you can sign up for a new Free Hosting Account.
