Account Suspension

Hello I have noticed that my acc is suspended.

As a reason is written "File hosting zt".
The system says tath this issue cannot be resolved automatically and I have to contact the support. I have no idea what I did wrong.
My user name is: "stiopata". I thnki that you needs this info.

Please unblock my acc and let me know what was wrong so that no further susspensions occur.

This suspension occurs when you have files on your account not directly linked to your website. This is clearly outlined in the Terms of Service, to which you agreed upon signup. It could also be caused by having a public file upload script etc, allowing people to use your account for file storage.

Not exactly.

I was uplaoding some photos which I was going to use for a web site. I was wring the html and that's why it looks like I am just uplaoding and using the space as a storage.

I never tought that it would be a problem to have the photos first before the html.

More over, noone had ever the links to download something. I completely agree that it looks like I am using the the free web space as a storage, but it is not so.

I know our admins went on a file-hosting suspending spree recently; every suspension they issued was confirmed, and this one has all the signs of being one of their suspensions.

Depending on the number of photos, that may very well have been part of the problem - there is a 1gb cap on image galleries.

and this all means that I cannot use the same domain as the one that I had.

Ok, maybe I can use another file storage, but still I have allready given the email to some of my friiends and it would be really nice to have acces to it.

I am sure that they have allready deleted all the data that I had uploaded.

I am pretty sure that there is no way that I can have my domain back or I am wrong?

x10Hosting is not a file storage site, as is clearly marked by our Terms of Service. In order to use the same site URL, you will need to wait until your current account is deleted (14+ days) and then attempt to sign up again. If you find yourself unable to sign up due to a country block, then you will not be able to have another account here and will have to find hosting elsewhere.
