Cannot upload to my website

I tried to upload with FTP and that didn't work, so I tried to upload files through cPanel and that still didn't work. I go to my site link for 42kgaming.x10.mx and that says it doesn't exist and asks if I would like to create that page. Then, I go to 42kgaming.com and it says,

"Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-sys/.x10hosting.com was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I don't know what's happening and would like very much to be able to get my site online. Can you tell me what's happening or what I did wrong? Thanks so much!
