Cant delete file in public_html

i want reinstall wordpress - but i cant remove folder of old wordpress ,

What is the error it is giving?

Did you tried to use Legacy File Manager in cpanel

When you goto Cpanel, You can see Legacy Filemanager in Files Section.....
