Can't have access to my cPanel or my Webmail and my diskspace and Bandwith usage=0

Hi,

I created my free hosting account about 15 minutes ago. I just received an email confirming that my free web hosting account had been created. But, when I click the link they gave me:

I cannot connect to it. I tried to reach cPanel through "Hosting Account Management", and I get the same result.

Also, in Hosting Account Management, it says that I have 0MB free of diskspace and Bandwith usage, while I created my account today, and I didn't upload anything on it yet.

Could I get some help?

EDIT: Arf, I'm at work, so I probably cannot use port 2083... I'll try back home... Could you please delete this subject. I believe that is the only reason why it's not working.
