could anyone tell me if this is possible to add this url onto the firewalls whitelist?

looks like it's been told one of the commands are disabled but I'm sure akeeba isn't on the firewall... Gonna need someone higher to look at it.

ive just tried the live update again from the backend of joomla and get the same error message.
maybe i missing something ?
