Same issue still i've not solved Login-Cpannel

Hello there,
Can anyone help me to sort it out to get login in to Cpannel
I cann't able to go in with my user name and password
Username: gulan001@gmail.com
Password: ********

Kindly help me in this I have requested several tickets previously...but i haven't get yet any suitable answer for this. Hope for this ticket I resolve my problem

Well, for one thing, you never responded back the replies to your other tickets. What have you done so far, and did you even try the advice that was given to you several times previously? We can help you, but you need to reply back with what you've done so far the errors that are showing up with what you are doing and when you try to login.

If you are in the Account Panel, go to https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting and click on the "Login to cPanel" button.

If you want to go to cPanel directly, https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/ , and then use your password and your cPanel username, not your email address. You cPanel username. In your case, it starts with an 'a'
