suspended for no reason!

I am getting frustrated with your service! you always tell me to log in once a month to account forums so that my hosting account won't get suspended...I do that!! and still get suspended[!!!!! plese fix this problem...

Please be advised that only logins to the FORUMS (aka http://x10hosting.com/forums) count, logins to your account panel or cPanel do not count. Our system that suspends inactive accounts is not broken so there is nothing for us to fix. You'll know when your login gets registered when you click on the "My Profile" link on the top and it shows your last activity as today.
