can't get onto my site, similar to a thread I opened a few months ago

Hi all, if you remember right, I posted about a friend of mine who couldn't get onto my site because her web filter was blocking it. Now, I'm having the same problem with my computer. Well, it's not mne, I'm staying at a program for 6 weeks and forgot to log into my hosting account before I left and now had to take care of a suspension tonight. When I went to my site tonight and I tried it one other time from this machine, instead of getting my site I get the following message. Web Filter Lite

This web page was blocked because it is considered inappropriate.
If you have any questions, Please contact your network administrator.

Reason:Proxy Sites This is weird because I didn't expect it to work from my work, but it does. I work at my local library if that makes any difference.

It seems that the web filter is reporting a false positive, please contact the support staff for the script to have the issue rectified as there is nothing that we can do about it from our end.
