FTP account not working

I hope you mean the domain is ftp.itriteam.co.uk

Are you certain you use the same password "Login failed - 530 Login authentication failed" usually indicates that the password is wrong. It is most likely NOT the same as you have for logging into cPanel (unless you set it to be the same when you created the ftp account). Could you please try changing the password for that ftp account in cPanel?
Nvm, there's something up with boru and user created ftp accounts, the above won't make any difference, gonna have to dig around a bit it seem.

Seeing as that ftp username does point to your account root, you could also login to ftp with your cpanel username and password for user/pass, it would have the same effect.

Additional information: should be sorted now, there was a server side issue with authentication for user created ftp accounts. There may however be further disruptions due to server work.
