Suspended for making a Backup - the 2nd

Hi,

its the same as the last time i got suspended. i tried to make a backup via softaculous ( all wordpress plugins disablesd this time, no posts, etc.)

And now i think - it's a server side problem - i am getting banned everytime i try to make backups???

High ressource usage? I'm running on cloudflare, and i deleted all backups made in may.

Please follow the directions here to make a backup of your site. High Resource Usage is using an excessive amount of CPU or RAM for an extended period of time, which can occur for example when something is trying to compress a large amount of files on your site into a single .zip

So should i download all files via ftp & then compress them? Well, that needs a lot of time...

but what do the admins say - whats exactly the problem ( cpu, disk, ram....?)
