FTP do not work ( boru )

Hello ,

Today , i want to install a mod to my PHPBB . I can't connect to my FTP .

I have got this ( i use FileZilla for transfer ) :

But , the password is good ... I have rebooted 3 times the password ...

Hi,
I think boru working fine.Did you check the "configure ftp settings" in the cPanel?
Are you using the same password as that of your cPanel password?
Can you plz check the above and revert back?

Should be sorted now, there was a server side issue with authentication for user created ftp accounts. There may however be further disruptions due to server work.

Logging in with your cPanel username and password should however work even if the user created ftp account fails.
