I'm trying to make a %file% directory, but whenever I do, the link ends up as www.theweediez.co.cc/Updates/%25file%25/

How do I fix?

1) do not use % symbols in directory and file names, or
2) live with it, as % is a special character in URLs so in order to have a literal percent it needs to be escaped (hence the %25, which is the encoding for a literal % sign)
