cgi-sys/.x10hosting.com not found - 404 error

I keep failing to get the home page of my wordpress install when going to my URL verdant.x10.bz because the browser says verdant.x10.bz/cgi-sys/.x10hosting.com is not found which results in a 404 error. Basically something has happened to my root folder so that it won't look for an index page.

I would like to complete delete my account so I can create a new one.

I can view your domain just fine, please try clearing your browser cache, and possibly you also need to clear your dns cache.

That redirect you were seeing is often present a few minutes after the account was created, or if you made changes to domains, such as setting a new main domain. It does show when the system hasn't been fully aware of where the content for that new domain is located, in other words before the internal path has been added to config files.

Thanks for responding Anna, but I still have this issue.

I believe in this instance it was a browser cache issue. though I'm still having a bit of trouble viewing my wordpress install so I'm scrapping it and trying it again.

what happens when you try to view the install? Do you get the cgi-sys page or does it give an error?

It's up and running now, had to also delete the first SQL database I'd made for the first failed WP install.
