Hi

I can't access my control panel or FTP but the site is still up and running on the web.

I have tried a password reset but I am not receiving an e-mail.

I have not recieved any e-mails from you saying there is any problem and as far as I am aware I am abiding by your Ts&Cs.

Please can you help as this is the best hosting I have found and would like to continue with maybe an upgrade.

Did you tried to access the Cpanel using the button provided in account panel?

Hi

I have tried through the Home page and cPanel

I have tried all my known passwords but the wierd thing is that I use Dreamweaver and that password is set and was working?

All working now, I have changed my password and have access again.
