Join date 2001-07-26 (yesterday) - that's the major issue here. The account you're posting from was only made yesterday and never had hosting attached to it. The email and account id you're referencing both are tied to the forum username you're posting from, so it has to be a different account.

Without the cpanel name, domain, or vbulletin username, there is no real way to obtain the account information.
