Hi,
You can use filezilla ftp client to access the ftp account.
FTP details can be found through cPanel -> ftp accounts and then find ftp configure settings

Else generally,your x10 domain name will be the Host( in filezilla client) in your case bransradiozone.tk can be the host.
user name and password are to be same as the cPanel user name and password.
