COMPLAINT: Suspended & Prime Membership

Hello,

My account was banned for too high memory use three times in a row last night and there was only me online! I am disapointed. If I buy the Prime membership at $5 (approx) how many members willmy site be able to hold...i only have 38 members at the moment and I am not impressed! I have just moved from Webs.com where i had 500+ members. Depending on how much it will take for it to ban me again will depend on if I stay or go. I have members moaning at me now because they cant get on! Not happy!

someone on the staff team can see what is triggering the suspension if you ask them, I'm sure.
