Domain name change

Hello x10hosting.
I recently updated my main domain to : hajen.co.cc
i see its has been completed but when i try to go to my website its giving me a error.
Says my domain is available to use.
Is there something i have misunderstood or does it take quite longer to be done?

You have to register the co.cc domain on www.co.cc site.

Then change the nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

So this is actually not free since it want 3$ for a year creation pretty lame..
Can you give me a list of the 100% free subdomains i can use please?

On www.co.cc Some domains are free. Check and set that one to your account.

Okay got it working now with a free one.. (hajengfx.co.cc)
I am trying to make a PHP-Fusion site for my work but when i try to goto my page it gives me a error instead of leading me to the setup.php file.
The error:

404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:

hajengfx.co.cc/setup.php (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to hajengfx.co.cc's WebMaster.

When i try to goto www.hajengfx.co.cc/setup.php i get the same error.
All my files has been uploaded to the web root. (public_html)
