Hello, now, on a online gaming community, i made some images of which, they have stolen and some other things alongside that. Now, a freind of mine contacted them, of which he said something i told him not to, but they responded and haven't done anything, and then banned me to stop me getting on.

Now, I don't really want to spend my own money over it, so i've come to you as you are hosting for them, what should i do, and are you able to do anything?

If you have proof that they are your images and that they are using them without your permission, send the proof.

I should point out to this you would need definite proof that it is indeed a valid copyright infringement claim; if there's no proof, or the content is being used in accordance with Fair Use laws, the complaint will be rejected.


Edit: Not to make it public but I have answered the OP's claims via email and was unable to confirm a valid copyright infringement claim; the details of this shall remain private however. Ticket closed as the issue is resolved.
