problem in upgrading account

i had tried to upgrade my account with my credit card but i am having a problem after i insert a verification number i have entered correct verification code but it shows an error...here i m attaching a screen shot of my error kindly reply as soon as possible

Please attempt signup again. This was an issue that existed earlier this morning for a little while, but has since been resolved.
