Spamming of IP's to get suspensions on my account?

Someone is spamming the exact ip that is off by one digit to get high CPU usage to get my account suspended. Help?

Someone is "Spamming" my website with several IP's that are all about the same except one digit is off on them.

EX. 11.11.11.12
EX. 11.11.11.13

Like that.

1. Many scripts have a "block IP" setting. Not sure if SMF does.

2. You can block an IP or a range of IPs using .htaccess
