Cannot access site or cpanel

I have been unable to log into my account and I receive the following error - Invalid email address or password supplied. I know that my account is on the Chopin server.

To log in to your account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control - use your email address and forum password
To log in to your website's cpanel at http://sportscardtradingpost.x10.bz:2082 - use your cpanel username and password (or click the "login to cpanel" link from the account panel).

I am able to log into the CPanel, but I can not log into the account control panel. I am still getting the error wrong username or password.

Click the link that says "I forgot my password" beside the "Sign into your account" button. Follow the directions from there to change or reset your password.

I have already tried that and I am still not able to login at https://x10hosting.com/control. I am able to log into the cpanel.

Are you sure that you are entering your email address into the username field?

It is working now. must have been an issue with the servers yesterday. The username and password that was cached in the browser worked.
