File Hosting dude

Hi.

I have a dude about the rule of file hosting in this hosting.
I have in my account hosting a web of game Doom and a section of Wads -Maps-, then, i would like to download maps -that distribution is allowed-, but i would like to put the maps in my account of hosting, but i don't know if this break the rules of filehosting, the size of directory of wads is aproximately 30-50mb, all wads is compressed in .rar.

Then, ¿I can upload the maps to my account hosting and link to my web?
