Ignore it, it is being picky. I don't think x10hosting uses Apache.

Running PHP as an apache module (DSO) poses a large security risk in a shared hosting environment, as it would allow you to read everyone else's files on the server, which is why we do not and will not ever do this. Second, in order for php as an apache module to actually write to stuff, directories and files need to be marked as world-writable, which means that not only will other accounts be able to READ your files (like your database username/password), but they'll be able to WRITE them as well (such as installing illegal scripts on YOUR account)... I'm sure you wouldn't want that to happen, would you?
Additionally, this means that your directories should NOT be world writable, so go ahead and change ALL of your cache directories and stuff from 777 to 755, trust me they'll work just fine.
If you find you can't install that script, then find one that isn't poorly-written because no well-made script should be dependent on what kind of php is running on the server.

To me, that sounds like you can just press continue or something.

You shouldn't experience any problems with this, I've seen similar messages and I've had no problems with other software on x10hosting so I'd regard what callumacrae said and just hit the next step button.

but bcoz of this problem i cant install Datemill's Etano community Builder. they require plugin PHP Server API. i also tried to install without this error & etano also got installed without any error but the main problem is when loging in to etano admin area it doesnt logs in. sometimes by 2/3 times i cant login to admin area but on 4th login it success full logins. the next problem is after login going to admin area/file browser, file browser doesnt appear but duplicate menu appears & the third problem is while clicking on new member menu it doesnt goes to member area but logs out of admin area....u can checkout here www.cworld.pcriot.com/msn/admin ( user : admin / pass : demo ).

Contact their support. It's not the "PHP Server API" plugin, it's their script being stupid.
