Webmail users can't login

I have several e-mail addresses for my site users. They can no longer login to Webmail. They go to https://soultosoul.net:2096. The login screen has changed. It is prompting for cPanel login username and password and has a field for "security check". The security check field says "domain / key mismatch" and will not allow you to enter anything in the field. When you click "Login to cPanel" it says "Please re-enter a valid challenge response."

If I login to cPanel via the link on https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting=&u= then I can access webmail through the old screen.

All of this started after you recently updated cPanel. Is there something I need to configure?
I can send screen shots if you like, but there is not a way to attach them to this request.
