Looks like it is working at my end.
I see an empty index of / and not a working site though.
Seeing as your account was created today, it may be you attempted before the domain had fully propagated, in other words before the domain was fully known over the Internet. If you still have any issues seeing your site, please try clearing your browser cache, and possibly also your DNS cache.

Now if i go to my subdomain it comes

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Sounds like an .htaccess problem from the error message.
1. What URL/link causes it?
2. Could you post the contents of your .htaccess file (inside CODE tags)
