trying to use dukapress

hello

i have been setting up a website using wordpress and i am trying to put a shop in it using dukapress

i have managed to get a product working OK on this page:
http://honeybeads.x10.mx/wp/products/glass-beads-030/

but when trying to add more they seem to never work e.g.:
http://honeybeads.x10.mx/wp/products/glass-beads-012/

looking through the FAQ on dukapress' website they suggest that there may be a problem if the cache folder is not writable (i have checked this and it is 777) or that the webhost may have a problem using 'timthumb'

do you allow timthumb? should this be a problem? can i use dukapress OK with your servers? or do you recommend a different plugin for shopfronts?

Howdy;
Folders should be set to 755 and files should be set to 644. 777 permissions are not going to work because that is a security risk. Try changing the permissions on your cache folder to 755. If that does not resolve the issue just post back.

i have set the permissions on the folder in question to 755, removed the not-working products and added a new product item to see if it has changed anything.

regretfully the problem seems to have persisted.

do you know of timthumb? is it permitted?
