Hosting accounts are suspended for inactivity after 31 days of inactivity of the forum account attached to it. The suspension will remain on the account unless it's resolved before 14 days have past. After the 14 days, the account is then queued to automatically and permanently delete from the servers.

Searching for your cPanel username and domain name shows no existing results. When was the last time you saw your account online? If it's been more than a month since you last saw it online, then it's gone. Feel free to sign up again through your account panel.

Unless you are in one of the countries currently blocked from signing up, you get an account attached to your current login by first logging into account panel, and following the link to sign up for a new account from there.

If you are in one of the countries currently blocked, there's no way for you to get a new account at this time, the block may be removed at some point, but there's no plans to do so in a foreseeable future.
