my website naamsimran.x10.mx is trying to access a stylesheet stored at ../../themes/classic/views/paath/index.css however it breaks with an error stating index.css: failed to load resource, the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden), i tried changing file and folder permission but that did not help.

Please check your .htaccess file. Also make sure that permissions for files are 644 and folders are 755.
