Getting Error establishing a database connection

Getting Error establishing a database connection when going to my site hollyives.com today. The last time I checked my page was on the 27th and everything was fine. I am running wordpress on my site. Was wondering if there are any known issues at this point or if the updates/upgrade is still in process. Essentially I am checking in.

Seems to be a server-wide problem with your server, Stoli.

Will try to get an Admin to look into it ASAP.
