getting website online?

I've started making a website and uploaded the files to public_html, but when I go to check the site at www.roxyrollerspainting.com all it says is "Index of /", obviously I'm doing something wrong but I have no clue what to do to get the site up. If you could help that would be amazing, thanks.

Are you sure they are in public_html? Did you upload them via cPanel or FTP? To which address (domain name or server name)?

Also, the system shows you have a Free Account on Starka, but the nameserver is point to one of the premium servers. That might be the problem.

I'm sure I put them in the public_html, I uploaded via the File Manager, and I did pay, maybe it hasn't gone through yet but this is what my summary says:

Status Unsuspended

Package adfree-infinity

Creation Date July 30 at 8:45 pm

Hosting Server starka

Main Domain roxyrollerspainting.com

I was under the impression that it went through since it says this, but now I'm just lost as to what to do?
