It won't let me setup a hosting account

First it said my password was too long, which it was. so i changed it to a smaller password, then it kept saying it was too long, but it was only like 10 letters. Please help, i had just bought premium and I can't be wasting time.

Are you trying to set up a site for your premium account? If so, look at your email and it'll have the login details for your premium account.

I can see my site on my premium account, but I don't see where i can edit it.

What are you seeing exactly? Are you logged into your cPanel?
